Beginner or intermediate, young or middle age, this is the group for you. Each day is a different workout. We guarantee by the end of the week every muscle group in your body will have been worked. We offer a variety of calisthenics and running. If you don’t like to run, WALK— we end up at the same spot only to continue our workout together.
