Summer Schedule: Memorial Park Mon-Fri 5-6am. Sat. 7-8am (Tennis Center Area)
Memorial Park Tue & Thur 6:30-7:30pm (St. Teresa Church Parking lot)
Hermann Park Mon & Wed 7-8pm (Miller theater area)
Come and learn workout routines that you can use when your schedule doesn't allow a group workout.
5.00 per workout... Bring water and a workout map.
